About the event
The Carlton R. Smith Icon Awards celebrates Black LGBTQIA+ leadership and excellence in Baltimore City. The awards were recently renamed to honor our late co-founder, Carlton R. Smith, who transitioned to the ancestor realm earlier this year. The Icon Awards is one of the longest-standing traditions to celebrate Black LGBTQIA+ Pride Month in Baltimore.
Join us for an evening of honoring our local Black LGBTQIA+ Icons, dinner, drinks, music, silent auction and performances! Dinner will be provided. A cash bar will be available for guests over 21.
